morning has broken

i've discovered something new this week, its called getting up early.  the idea has been to get up early enough to go for a run before work so i've set my alarm for a new time called 6.30am.  usually i would set my alarm for about 7.15am and press snooze until around 7.45, force myself reluctantly out of bed and rush around at last minute getting ready.  but now with my new system the alarm goes off at 6.30 (revised from 6.20) and i press snooze until around 7.15am getting up and ready with plenty of time for a proper breakfast and a bit of spare time before leaving the house at about 8.30.  brilliant, getting up early really does make you you feel better.

what? the morning run? well i'll work towards that....
