My good friends the Canvins have thrown themselves in at the deep end and signed up to do the Nottingham half marathon in September with only 12 weeks to train and get their arses in gear.
They are raising money for the British Heart Foundation after both Emma's father and her step father had heart attacks in recent times.
A half marathon is certainly no fun run so even if you're reading this and don't know the Canvs then maybe you can appreciate their commitment to the cause and chip in a few £££'s, $$$'s or €€€'s
