I've said it before and I'll say it again, the avocado is the greatest edible substance known to man, or at least to one man here it is.  As mentioned in the linked post the key is in the timing of catching the ripeness window and I have now invented a system to ensure I am never left staring for days on end, being teased by a gastronomically provocative avocado.  The system is simple and best explained by the following image.....
